A:The education situation abroad is different from what in the States, so Elite University has to evaluate the courses that the student has learned abroad to decide how many points he can get, so that corresponding degree can be conferred. If the information the student provides shows that he has completely finishes the courses, homework, paper and other necessary qualifications of EOU, Elite University will confer the degree on the basis of abroad studying. In this case, the student still has to finish the rest courses, i.e., through distance education to get the rest points. Students should pay 50% of the total fee to ensure applying the degree can be carried on validly, 50 cents of which will be used for evaluation of relevant credentials.

Q:Can the tuition be refunded after registration?

A: If any student quit school within 3 days after registration, he can get all the tuition back except for the text books and mailing fee; if any student quit school within 4 to 14 days after registration, he can get 75% of the tuition fee back except for the text books and mailing fee; if any student quit school within 15 to 30 days after registration, he can get 50% of the tuition fee back except for the text books and mailing fee; if any student quit school within 30 days after registration, he can not get any of the tuition fee back. Anyone wants to quit must hand in paper notice with his own signature.

Q:How is the graduation ceremony arranged?

A:For Chinese students, the graduation ceremony is located in Hong Kong or Singapore. EOU will hold a graduation ceremony with grandeur. Students can come if they would like to. Absent students can get their diplomas by mail.

Q:How to apply for EOU?

A:Applicants should fill in a Registration Form and select a major from the catalogue. Mail the Registration Form to the EOU office with a deposit of at least $300. For students who apply for 2 degrees in a row, deposit of $500 is required. The checks should be mailed to Elite University. The money can be mailed to the university\'s bank account and the Application Form can be faxed to EOU. If the tuition can be paid at once, 10% of discount will be given. After all that is done, students will receive EOU regulations and students\' pamphlet.
